To strengthen our customer service team in Horndean, we are looking for a
Full-time Customer Service Employee.
YOUR TASKS
- Comprehensive customer support via phone, email, and other channels
- Answering phone calls and processing customer orders and inquiries
- Processing complaints, returns, and refunds
- Document and track customer conversations in CRM
- Data maintenance and entry
- Diverse support for the sales team
YOUR PROFILE
- Relevant professional experience in a customer service role, ideally in the animal health industry
- Excellent communication skills as well as strong customer and service orientation
- Quick comprehension as well as independent, reliable, and decisive way of working
- Confident handling of common Microsoft Office programs
- High degree of flexibility required

- £35,000 - £45,000 salary per annum
